Here’s how we handle returns—with the same honesty and warmth we bring to everything we do.

Our Promise: Quality You Can Trust

We stand behind every product we make. Each batch is personally checked by Stacie before it leaves our workshop. We use high-quality natural ingredients and take pride in our craft, so we’re confident you’ll love your purchase.

That said, as a small family business making products by hand, we can’t accept returns on items once they’ve left our Enola home. Here’s why:

Handmade & Personal: Each product is made fresh in small batches—we can’t resell personal care items once they’ve been shipped
Small Batch Reality: Unlike big corporations with warehouses full of inventory, we make what we sell and sell what we make
Quality Control: We inspect every item before it ships to ensure you get products we’d use ourselves

If Something’s Not Right

We’ve got you covered. While we can’t accept general returns, we absolutely want to make things right if there’s a problem:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or there’s something wrong with it:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send us a photo so we can see what happened
We’ll work with you to make it right (replacement, credit, or refund—we’ll figure it out together)

Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent you the wrong product:

Contact us immediately with a photo
We’ll send the correct item and arrange for the mix-up to be resolved
Our mistake = we fix it, simple as that

Changed your mind? Let us know FAST.

If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we can usually cancel it—just reach out immediately
Once an order is packaged and shipped, we can’t cancel it (but see our damaged/defective policy above if there’s an issue when it arrives)

We package it with care
We ship it directly to you

We can’t resell personal care items once they’ve been shipped (you wouldn’t want someone else’s returned soap anyway, right?). That’s why we focus so hard on getting it right the first time.
